I’m looking for a private room in a shared apartment in NYC — furnished or unfurnished.

📅 Move-in: ASAP (ideally April 2 or 3)  
📅 Length: At least 6 months, ideally month-to-month, with the possibility to extend  
💰 Budget: $1,100–$1,300 max (utilities included)  
📍 Preferred areas: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens — ideally Harlem, within walking distance to Central Park  

⚡ I’m available to view the apartment tomorrow, and if it’s a good fit in person, I’m ready to pay the deposit immediately and move in right away.

A little about me: I’m 26, responsible, clean, and hardworking. I live an active lifestyle — I enjoy working out, eating healthy, traveling, and occasionally going out with friends. I’m very respectful of shared spaces and value a peaceful and positive home environment.

👯‍♀️ I’m only interested in sharing with women. Preferably in their 20s, but I’m open to other ages as well 🤍

🏡 Ideally looking for a month-to-month sublet or flexible arrangement.
