I'm a designer but I currently am unemployed due to quarantine etc. and I spend several hours a day working on pottery from my apartment.
I am social and friendly and would like to be able to connect and have good conversation with whoever I'm living with. I am a little introverted and may occasionally retreat into my room to have some personal space. I do not like tv or movie sounds in the background, so please be prepared to use headphones if watching personal content in the shared space.
I do enjoy shared music, and socializing if we are both in the shared space. I enjoy sharing food and am happy to share my dishes etc as long as you take care of them. I can also clear space if you prefer to bring some of your own kitchen items.

Artsy musical peaceful cat friendly
I have an open bedroom which is furnished with a full bed and a desk. There's a closet outside the room. If you prefer to bring your own furniture I can move the bed and desk out, no problem.
The apartment is on the second floor of a two flat, on a relatively peaceful street. There is some traffic noise as I'm two blocks from 290. There's a Starbucks and chipotle ten minutes walk away, and Pete's grocery is also close by. The blue line western stop is a seven minute walk away.
There's no dishwasher or microwave. Washer dryer in the basement is newer and free.
The basement has room for bicycle and other storage if you need it.
I have two cats. One of them is very social, they are both friendly, but one of them does chew through headphones and electrical wires, so you'll just need to keep those in a drawer or wrap in tape.
The back deck and garden area is shared with tenants below. They're polite and friendly. It's fenced in and cannot be viewed from the street.
Street parking is free on one side of the street, and there is a slab behind the house that can be used for parking as needed.
