Hi! My name is Ann and I’m a 25-year-old remote college student finishing my associate degree and beginning a bachelor’s program in The Business of Fashion. I’m looking to sublet a private or quiet space for June (possibly longer). I’m respectful, clean, responsible, and quiet — just looking for a peaceful space to focus and do my work and look for new opportunities.

I have stable income and savings, I don’t party, smoke, or bring drama. Ideally looking for something furnished, around $800–$1,000/month in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens (but I’m flexible on the area). Let me know if you have something available or know someone who does!
