Hello fellow humans. I'm 52 years old and seeking a new situation in NYC. Now while I'm bias towards living in Astoria, I'm open to possibilities. Ive worked at a few Broadway theaters in Times Square for 20 years now and love being around theater. I work most nights and all weekend with Monday being my day off. I've been in roommate land since 1992 including being in charge of finding roommates at a place I lived at for almost 20 years. I enjoy my privacy just as much as I enjoy watching a movie or show with roommates every so often. Thanks for listening.
