Max budget: 1100k per person (not including utilities). Most dogs OK, any in-room pets are totally fine too! My cat is very friendly but would prefer no other cats.

I'm clean, find a lot of value in cleaning as you go or doing little things everyday. Not Type A but don't want to feel like I have to scrub the house before anyone comes over. I'm an arts, culture, & philosophy lover. Will be new to the city & glad to make friends, but I don't need to be your best friend either. Social- not the type to have lots of guests or often.
