THE HOUSE: The bedrooms are on the second floor and have recently been renovated. Renovations include new 5000K LED light fixtures, new baseboards, electrical outlets, rocker light switches, hardware, blinds, fresh paint on walls, ceiling, trim and doors. Rooms comes fully furnished or unfurnished. The second floor has its own full bathroom and a loft/office area. Additional recent upgrades in the house include new hardwood floors, stainless steel, wifi, smart LG, front loading washer and dryer (programmable), a stainless steel, wifi, smart technology, Samsung dishwasher, gas range and over the range microwave. The backyard is equipped with a firepit.

THE COMMUNITY: The development has an amazing, private pool, 3 Little Libraries (free books), 4 large dog parks and hosts regular (free) social events, which include food trucks, margaritas, slushies etc - all free to the development. The development is 15 minutes from downtown but resides in a quiet, safe (very nice) neighborhood.
