I'm a 28 year old professional who is new to New York having recently relocated from London to NYC with work. I'm looking to move around the end of June/early July and ideally into a longer term rental (hoping to avoid moving around too much once I'm settled).

I will be working 3 days in the office and 2 from home, so having somewhere I can work those days from would be great.

I am a respectful, clean and considerate roommate and hoping to find similar in potential flatmates.

A little about me, I'm a friendly, social and laidback individual who enjoys good food, spending time with friends, (trying to) focus on my health and fitness - the standard things really!
