Hello! My name is William Paik, I am 23 years old and I just graduated from USC this past May. I will be starting my job at Newlab at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and I’m looking for a short term sublease for 1-3 months that isn’t too far of a commute.
Here is some information about me! I graduated with an M.S. and B.S. in engineering and will be working on developing ammonia power systems. In my free time, I cook, freedive, surf, mix drinks, design and build furniture, and drink coffee. I am a very clean roommate, and am pretty low maintenance since I am usually working on some kind of project. I am open to living with any gender, as long as the people I am living with are somewhat clean and respectful.
