2 Bed, 2 bath, 1,019 sq. ft, a 5 minute walk to the train station. 20mins to 125th harlem, 30mins to grand central. great amenities and water front view.
If we split rent and other bills our net rent through the lease is about 1997.50 monthly. I want a 14 month lease because once you do 14 months, you get two months free (so 12 months of pay for 14 months of living)
