I moved to the city last August. I currently live in LIC and my lease is up on July 31st. I'm originally from Florida and am a double FSU alumni. Go, Noles! I would prefer to find one roommate, but I am open to more depending on the situation.

I am typically friendly with my roommates and would be open to potentially going out etc. I'm normally pretty social. I'm gay so my roommate would need to be LGTB + friendly.

As a roommate, tend to stay in my room during the week. I definitely enjoy my alone time and like to read/watch business news. On the weekends I typically go on long walks/work out, do laundry and run errands in the morning. At night I typically go out with friends( Friday and Saturday nights).

I currently work at a public accounting firm in business risk consulting. Typically I like to get up in the morning and go to CrossFit(or workout) and be out the door by 8:10 a.m. I normally work 3 days at the office and two days at home.

I like the common space to be fairly clean ( I like to clean Sunday mornings) and I don't like to leave dishes in the sink. I also don't cook much ( I have premade meals delivered, but I am going to start meal prepping more).

I'm looking for a roommate who is open to living in LIC or Manhattan.

Note*: I do have the option to resign in my current unit in LIC (45-57 Davis street)
