If we are a fit and we move forward with you to apply to rent the room, then you will fill out an application with the office for a credit check and background check and pay them the application fee.

If you pass the checks with the office, they would have you pay an applicable administrative fee to be added to the lease and then we would issue you the keys to move in. Simple process.

If you find after a few months that you need to move on, we would expect a written 30 day notice and one would be provided to the office. The office would coordinate to have you removed from the lease for an additional administrative fee. Our last few roomies have each stayed for about two years and then decided to get a place of their own to move in with their significant others. If you have any questions, reach out and ask.
