I have a room in Point Loma Heights. 6 blocks from Ocean Beach & 6 minutes to Sunset Cliffs. I have no pets but enjoy them. I'm retired, reserved and easygoing. I'm usually watching sports in the garage while tinkering. I tend to believe I'm a handywoman ;) I have room in the garage for your favorite hobby or Paddleboards. Also have a lit Cabana a distance in the yard for your favorite workout area or zen time overlooking the town. Sunsets are beautiful from there. I have gardeners and housecleaning and I'm no cook ;) My grandson lives in the guesthouse on the other side of garage and rarely home. Spends it with girlfriend at her place. It's a small older cottage style home with friendly and helpful neighbors off of Venice St.
