• ABOUT YOUR ROOMMATES: you’ll live with 3 young professionals, all women, in her mid-20s. They are all on the quiet side and pretty chill.

DETAILS:

• The apartment spans the 2nd and 3rd floors of a multifamily house, and is beautiful and spacious, with 4 common spaces (living room, dining room, upstairs reading nook with sunroof, and balcony)

• There are 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, 1 on the 2nd floor. One bathroom on each floor

• Your room would be on the 3rd floor, and rent is $950/mo

• There are 2 windows with removable fans that fit into the windows, but you could bring your own window AC unit

• That said, there's also a wall-mounted AC on the 3rd floor that's good at cooling all the upstairs rooms

• 🔥🔌💧 costs range from $30/mo in the summer to ~$120/mo in the winter

• Laundry in basement, coin-op

• Landlord has been super nice and responsive in the time that I've lived here

• Upfront cost: first month's rent + last month's rent + security deposit = $950 * 3 = $2850. (If you're a grad student without a guarantor, the landlord might ask you for the first 2 month's rent upfront. There is NO broker's fee.)

• It's NOT pet friendly, and smoking is NOT allowed
