I'm moving in with family so my room will become available to a very lucky person! Move in date flexible and details below

THE ROOM:
- massive at 15' by 10'
- lots of closet space (I moved in with 10 boxes and had no trouble fitting stuff in)
- a lot of natural light due to the high ceilings
- can be furnished with an extra monthly charge, otherwise will be unfurnished

THE APARTMENT:
- a 3bd/2ba with big living space. a total of 1120 sq ft.
- brand new appliances and hardwood floors
- right next to laundry room and building gym! communal terrace also on the same floor
- a block from Whole Foods, a short walk from KTown, the High Line, and the Hudson

THE ROOMMATES:
- chillest people I've ever lived with
- professionals in advertising tech and finance
- non smokers who prefer a drama free environment
- friendly, social, and respectful. they enjoy working out, trying new food, and TV
- one of them will not be staying in the apartment for the rest of the lease (she'll come pick up packages once in a while)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- ideally someone who can stay until the end of the lease (March 31, 2021, which can be extended)
