Looking to fill the 2nd bedroom (true, not flexed) in my 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Kips Bay.

Bedroom available has a heating unit located inside and an AC right out the door, walk in closet, and a huge private terrace. The room is large enough to fit a full size bed and two small dressers (how it's set up now), but a larger dresser can fit as well. Since this is the smaller room, shelves in one of the hall closets are designated for this room.

The apartment features an open kitchen with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, and built in microwave. Living are has a kitchen for two, couch, and a mounted television.

Building includes: full time door attendants, elevators, laundry on the first floor, courtyard with lounge chairs and BBQs, and there is a gym on the premise too.
