Hello! I’m a 28 year old female working professional living in Chelsea. I’m looking to fill one bedroom in my spacious and bright two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Chelsea right around the corner from the 23rd St C/E station. There’s an open floor plan including large living/dining area and kitchen with updated appliances (including dishwasher).

I am a clean, friendly, and quiet roommate and also love hosting the occasional wine night/dinner party. Looking for someone respectful and responsible to take the room. I currently work night shift in healthcare so I would be gone 3-4 nights/week and would love to live with someone who works an in-office or hybrid job since I will be home/asleep sometimes during the day.

In my free time I love exploring the city and finding new places to eat, happy hours, and cool bars/speakeasies. I am pretty easy going when it comes to sharing a space and am a clean and respectful roommate who is seeking someone similar.

My current roommate is moving out at the end of April so this would be a new 1 year lease starting May 1st. The room is $2,450/mo, wifi and electricity not included.
