It's a 3 bedroom 2 bath. In the master bedroom (with its own bathroom) I live with my girlfriend who and our well-trained dog named Rue (I can provide pictures and her Instagram if requested). The middle room has another roommate who is moving out soon and will also be subletting her room, she's not around a lot. You'd share the main bathroom with just the roommate in the middle room, and it has a bathtub!
The C train is around the corner and the AC is about 5-7 minutes away. the LIRR is also close, and several buses that I've become a pro at. My favorite part of living here was the full-size grocery store literally one block away, and a gas station with convenience store across the street.
- Other than rent, the whole apartment is electric so all you pay other than rent is for internet and electricity.
- A deposit of one month's rent is required to secure it, and first month is required on move in.
