I’m looking for a student and/or working professional to share a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in the Raleigh area, targeting a move-in around late February or March, 2026.

A little about me - I work from home full-time and have a Master’s degree in Computer Science. I value a clean, well-kept living space (especially the kitchen!). I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and would prefer to keep the apartment pet-free and smoke/drug free. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly.
I’m a big gamer during the weekdays, but I like to go out and be social on weekends. I’m respectful of shared spaces and hoping to find a roommate where expectations are aligned and communication is easy.

My ideal budget: Up to $1,300 per person/per month

Layout preference: I’d like a dedicated space to work from home. This could be sharing a third room as a home office, or a layout with a master bedroom + two smaller rooms, where I’d take the two smaller rooms. I'd be open to negotiating rent for this, if the opportunity arises! I'm also happy to discuss options depending on the unit. I am very flexible!
