Hey, so I have a spacious 1600 square foot 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom luxury apartment in Woodland Hills and need to fill 1 room by February 1st.

-The apartment has a full kitchen, an outside balcony, and a central a/c unit.

-The apartment complex has two pools, a game room, a spa room, and a small gym. The complex is also very close to Topanga Canyon Mall.

-Rent in total is $2833. Your share of rent would be $937.37 which includes your parking spot (This does not include utilities)

- Looking for someone who can at least stay for 6-12 months or longer and is around the age of 22-29

*Looking someone who is laid back, clean and isn't loud.*

I'm 27, originally from Maryland. I moved out here about 4 years ago and work full-time in media/post-production. My roommate 29, he works full time as a bartender in Malibu and he moved here 5 years ago from Montana. We're both pretty laid back and easy going.
