I am moving from Florida to NYC in September and am looking for a clean, easy-going roommate who will explore the city with me, have movie marathons and find friends together. I have had roommates who just share rent and other who I become best friends with and can work with whatever work schedule. I will be working in Midtown Manhattan but am open to living in certain places of Brooklyn.
I spend a majority of my weeknights with Netflix, a book, or at happy hour with some friends. I'm going to be new to the city and would like to explore on the weekends. Although I consider myself active, my stamina proves I am more likely to power walk a mile than to run one.
Would be okay with dogs but no cats; I'm allergic. Will take a smaller bedroom for pro-rated rent - A/C is a must!
