Hi everyone! My name is Zoe and I'm looking for a new roomie starting September 1st for a year long lease. Rent would be $1,125 and utilities are about $70-$90 a month. The apartment is located right on the border of Roscoe Village and Avondale and it's also directly in front of the Chicago River. The apartment includes:

A bit about me: I work 8-5 Monday-Friday outside of the city and tend to be a homebody but I like to go out on the weekends. I'm tidy, like to watch scary movies/shows, I try to stay active, and I'm a huge animal lover (due to my work schedule I can't have a pet but would love if you do!) Hoping to find someone who is 4/20 friendly, communicative, tidy, and friendly. Would love to end up being friends as well ❤ lease needs to be signed by August 1st.
