THE PLACE: Spacious (1050 square feet), light-filled two-bedroom in Crown Heights with large living room, modern kitchen, updated bathroom, and large bedrooms. Amenities include in-unit laundry, dishwasher, generous closets, stainless steel appliances, and live-in super. Your bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, bookshelf, and other furniture. Dimensions are 11x14. It features a large closet with built-in overhead shelving and an oversized window. Common spaces are fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped--no need to furnish any space but your own bedroom. Heat and hot water are included in the rent, while monthly electricity, cooking gas, and WiFi bills generally run around $60-$80 per roommate, depending on the season.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Located in northern Crown Heights, the apartment is a five-minute walk from the Nostrand Avenue A/C stop.
