I'm moving to NYC for work, and I'm looking for a roommate whom I would get along well with!

About me:

I am an ambivert, so I love spending time with friends but do need time to myself. I have been spending a lot of time on self-improvement (meditation, exercising, volunteering, etc), and I also like to go out on the weekends. I wouldn't describe myself as wild, but I am on the more adventurous side, whether that be trying new experiences like skydiving or just exploring new hobbies (I've been trying my hand at crocheting recently)

About my lifestyle:

I am a foodie and also a vegetarian; although it isn't a requirement, it would be ideal if my roommate is as well. I am relatively clean and organized - especially in shared spaces - although I do find myself cleaning up a small pile of clothes in my own bedroom every so often. In the past, I've been a night owl, but I'm working on having a more regular schedule. My job is remote, so I will be WFH sometimes, but I'm planning to work at nearby cafes and libraries so that I'm not holed up at home too much. Either way, I will be respectful of your space

About my future roommate:

I don't expect my roommate to be my best friend, but I'd like to at least have an amicable relationship and spend some time together (e.g. having deep convos/debates in the evenings, cooking dinner together, going on picnics or hiking on the weekends, trying new restaurants, grabbing coffee or getting drinks, exploring & getting lost in the city, anything else that you'd enjoy). I would consider myself a good communicator, and I feel that I'd especially get along with someone who is also able to openly and calmly discuss any differences/resolve disputes. I don't mind you using my things or bringing friends* over as long as you ask/notify me beforehand. (*I'm not as comfortable with strangers/Tinder dates)

I am hoping to live somewhere around Midtown and would prefer to stay under my budget although I can be somewhat flexible (I do have my eye on a couple of places that seem affordable & ideally located)
