Room for rent in cozy family oriented apartment.

I have a very cute condo like apartment in Arvada and I’m looking to share the space with a female only as I have a child that stays in the home half of the week. The apartment is very close to older town and extremely close to all the nicer shopping in Arvada. There is laundry available in the building buildings but not in the unit. You would be in the bedroom attached to the bathroom. My daughter and I will share the other room. You will have a larger closet and a slightly smaller room. We have a very sweet Labradoodle named Moose and a kitten named storm. Pretty laid-back over here. I’m pretty busy and out of the home quite a bit when I do not have my daughter and when I am working. I do work from home sometimes, but generally just stay in my room. We are on the second floor only one little set of stairs to walk up. My patio looks at a brand new renovated park and faces west towards them mountains. To the left of my building looks at the baseball fields, which are where the Arvada fireworks are so that’s pretty cool. The feel of this apartment is a lot more home feel then your average apartment is very open in the living area and has a very massive island that you do not usually see it’s very nice for entertaining. I’m looking for someone that likes their own space, but also enjoys spending time together in the home. Unfortunately, because of my daughter, I’m really only looking for a woman and would potentially consider an LGBTQ man. Male roommates have not worked out. I’d love to chat and get to know each other if you are interested. I am asking for an $800 deposit in case of any trouble with rent. Look forward to hearing from you!
