Im 26 years old, have lived in the city for 3 years and love it, but man its expensive living alone.

Looking to find a place with a roomate. My budget is $1050 (a piece).

I have two ESA cats that are well behaved, and dog friendly, but sadly not cat friendly.
I come with a ton of common area furniture (couches, table, huge tv) so no need to worry about that stuff.

I am deinitely more of a homebody. I like to binge shows, watch horror movies, cook, bake, and do "granny crafts." I am a VERY big reader and love sitting on the couch reading, while a show or movie is on.

I would love to get to know my future roomate first and even become friends and do activities together.

Would prefer same gender (not a deal breaker) and same age range.

I currently am in the DTC area and would like to stay around there since its close to work (give or take 15-20 minutes).
