A 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome that comes with new kitchen appliances including new stove/oven with air-frying, convection capabilities and brand new dishwasher installed less than two weeks ago. It’s an HOA community so they maintain the yards and do snow removal in the winter. I am currently on the top floor but would share the main floor which is almost fully furnished living space (just need to add a little dining table), kitchen with big pantry, a coat closet and half bathroom. I just bought a comfy gray sectional for cozy hanging with a 55 inch TV with PS4 and Apple TV with a few streaming apps you’d be welcome to use. There are two outdoor porches on the main level, front and back perfect for little hangs. I also have a solo stove for burning firewood that I am happy to share as well! We would share the laundry in the basement and storage room with rocking climbing wall. You would have your own shelving rack and floor space to store your gear in there too. There is a bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bathroom with shower/tub that would be YOUR private space. The front porch of the house gets LOTS of sunlight and the back has a retaining wall that is sunny too which are perfect for growing in pots during the warmer seasons!
RENT would be a flat rate of $1200/month (prorated to whenever you move in of course) PLUS a $400 security deposit and INCLUDES ALL utilities: water, gas, electric, internet. I also pay for a cleaning person to do my bedroom/bathroom and the main level every other weekend but we can adjust accordingly if wanting to add your space too, otherwise I would keep paying for the main level (living room, half bath & kitchen) clean if that’s cool with you. Ideally would love someone to move in between 11/15 and 12/1 — please share with friends/family who might seem like a great fit. Landlord is amazing and super responsive and only requests that the potential housemate pass a criminal background check. I would also write up an agreement for us just so we both have agreed upon terms in writing. I will also be traveling for work, with the dogs, from 12/3/2025 likely through the end of Feb 2026 — so you would have the space to yourself for most of winter.
