This is the master BR in a 3 BR 2000 sq ft apartment, and the room has an attached private large bathroom with dual sinks, shower stall and separate shower/tub. The room also has a desk work area. The apartment has laundry in unit, a large, beautiful living room with fireplace and 2 sliding doors to a very large private patio area with fire pits and a grill and a swing. The kitchen is large and looks out at the pool/courtyard. The 3rd BR is a gym/music room/yoga room which you are welcome to use, so it will be just the two of us in the unit. This is more like a house than an apartment. It is fully furnished, as is the room, but if you have your own bedroom furniture, I can empty it for you. I work from home and keep normal hours (in bed by midnight, up at 6:30, so prefer no night owls) I have a small friendly dog, so you MUST love dogs. Let's talk and see if it's a good fit, Thanks.
