Looking for a roommate in Glendale. Approximately $950 per month per rent - includes your own bed, bath, gated community, covered parking spot (NOT tandem), dishwasher, in building laundry, walking distance to Glendale Galleria, and a COVID conscious roommate who is doing her best to keep safe. Room fits a queen bed, but recommended full. Comes with an ultra lazy cat - potential for another to move in. If you are interested and have other questions, please private message me. Additional bills (internet, electric, and gas) average out to $80 a month additionally for your half - you will always see bills before paying them. Move in date by February, please!
