Current roommate moving out, we need a new roommate Jan 1st. Currently there is one male roommate (47) that works at a food bank, and myself, a female teacher age 43. We are not a romantic couple, just roommates. My two sons live at the house every other week (50/50). They are 9 and 12 and have their own bedrooms. We also have 3 DOGS (Coco, Binkie, Elliot)! Dogs are medium, small and extra small. All well behaved, potty trained, very cuddly and cute.

Current roommate moving out: Private primary bedroom with ensuite private bathroom for rent in Shadow Glen Neighborhood (close to Shadow Glen Elementary). 4 bedroom (plus upstairs loft) 2 bath house. Fenced in backyard, outside pergola, driveway parking, safe and friendly neighborhood. Gardeners, bug exterminator service, wifi and utilities included in rent.
