Dave G - $1,400/month

Hey guys!

ATX has been my home for almost 10 years now. I am easy going and get along with pretty much anyone. I enjoy being social, but also respect everyone’s space. I would say I am moderately clean and contribute when I can to the household as a whole.

I would like to find a roommate living situation that is where we are all single or the host is a fun couple that likes people and is fun to get along with. I am charming and work a lot, but am quite on the weekdays and respectful of everyone’s space. I would like my budget to be around $900- $1,400 which could be less or more depending on the vibe and the location. Currently I pay $1,075 rent which includes utilities and have a private bathroom. I live in Stiener Ranch. I have lived here for over a year and consistently pay my rent on time. I need to move by June 1st.

I am available to look at places mostly on Sundays through Wednesday. I have a cat who is very social and her name is Zoey. She is potty trained, has all her shots up to date, spade, and goes to the bathroom outside usually through a doggy door. She is a Manx and looks like a bobtail.
