I am a 30 year old female who has lived in this apartment almost 4 years now. I am originally from Boston and moved to the west coast for the weather and lifestyle 6 years ago. I am obsessed with this location for those very reasons - a block from the beach, a few blocks to bars and restaurants while remaining on the peaceful canals. I plan to do some traveling for the next few months so I might be around or I might sublease my room as well. I am very flexible, all I ask is that you are respectful and clean!
