Hi there!
Two delightful roommates looking for a third to take on our roommates room who will be moving out on her own after a few years at the end of this month. We are both professional women in our mid 20's/early 30's who are looking to find someone for the long term.
The room is spectacular. It is large (150SF), bright, has a large closet and PRIVATE HALF BATH. Currently it fits a queen bed, large dresser, desk, standing mirror and rolling rack/shelf.
The apartment itself is comfortable, open and steps from Barclays Center, Atlantic Terminal, the Apple Store, Whole Foods 365 and so much more! The kitchen is large with stainless steel appliances including a working dishwasher. Laundry is downstairs on the block. Restaurants, shops, bars and parks are plenty around!
We are looking for a respectful, pleasant and clean roommate to join us. As roommates we enjoy both time together and apart. We like to think of ourselves as responsible, friendly, low key and laid back.
Our landlord is easy going and responds immediately whenever we need anything but otherwise completely respects our space!
Please reach out with something about yourself and let us know if you have any questions - looking to show this weekend and fill the room asap by February 1st!
