I moved to Boston 4 years ago for work, joining 3 good friends in the apartment that I still live in. We've had some roommate turnover in past years, but two of us are still here from the original crew. We enjoy outdoor activities (biking, sailing, skiing, etc.), and enjoy hosting people at our apartment for BBQs on the patio. We are all working professionals with jobs in either Boston or Cambridge (though we are currently working from home due to Covid-19. Looking forward to finding a new roommate to join us!

Awesome apartment in East Cambridge - private room and bathroom
We are looking for a fourth roommate to replace a friend who is moving out. Current tenants are 3 working professional males, ages 25-26. The shared spaces are fully furnished; prospective roommates will only need to furnish their own room and will have a private bathroom to themselves. The room is approximately 120 square feet, with a double-door reach-in closet with a 58” hanging bar and a shelf above. The bathroom has a tub-shower, and a closet with lots of shelf space.
The apartment is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath in East Cambridge, less than 10 minute walk from the Lechmere MBTA station, Kendall Square, and Cambridgeside Galleria. The apartment has a large shared living space and kitchen that was newly renovated when we moved in 4 years ago (granite countertops, new appliances, central A/C, etc.). The building has coin-operated laundry machines in the basement as well as a large, lockable storage closet for our apartment. We currently have a home gym set up in the living room due to the Covid-19 situation with a pullup rack, bench, and dumbbells up to 52.5 lbs. Finally, the building has a large back patio with outdoor seating, lighting, and a propane grill – great for summer BBQs!
