My lease ends July 31 and I'm looking to move into a 2BR/2BA apartment downtown starting late July. I was considering getting my own place but noticed there are some great deals for 2BR/2BA right now so I figured it would be a win-win if I could find a cool roommate and also save a bit of money. I'm looking to spend max $1500 which I first thought would limit me tremendously but I found really nice places for less than that per person.

A little about me: I am a 30 y/o male, I work for myself doing some e-commerce and playing daily fantasy sports. I consider myself pretty entrepreneurial and am always looking for new opportunities. I'm originally from New Jersey but have lived up and down the East Coast my whole life and for the last 4.5 years have been in San Diego. In my free time I like to work out, play basketball, and enjoy the beaches, restaurants, and bars.

Ideally I'm looking for someone around my age with similar interests - girl or guy - who is respectful and fairly clean. If you think you match that description hit me up and we can meet up in person.
