**(To be clear, this is a large bedroom for rent in a 2br Townhouse/Apartment in Encinitas that we would be sharing, exactly 1 mile from Moonlight Beach. You would have your own bathroom, and there are washer and dryer IN unit)
I have a large 11' x 12' room for rent in my 2br apartment in Encinitas. It is exactly 1 mile down Encinitas Blvd to Moonlight Beach! The bedroom is very spacious with ample room for queen bed, dresser etc. and has a large closet. You would also have your own private bathroom!
The unit has a washer and dryer, so no more going to the laundromat and only gettin' half clean clothes. There is also a nice private patio, full kitchen, large living room with flat screen tv, big comfy couch, surfboard rack, and more. It is a 2 story townhouse layout and the bedrooms are on the second floor, so be ok with stairs. There is some storage but the unit is already furnished so won't really accommodate any more furniture outside the bedroom. I have a very small SUPER mellow, not yappy and very lovable dog, so be ok with that too. *Not really wanting another pet, but I know we all love our pups and as such I might consider another well behaved, mellow, quiet dog. We can discuss.
Ideal roommate is mature, drama free, employed full-time outside the house, financially stable, CLEAN, quiet and not a partier(light drinker and 420 outside the house is ok).
Female preferred but open to the right guy too.
Room is avail now, June rent pro-rated if you want to move in before July 1.
Up front costs: 1st and last months rent. (Total of $2400) + $100 cleaning fee.
Shared utilities.
