In my free time I generally find myself enjoying sports, the company of family/friends, beers, video games or some combination thereof, though those are not at all prereqs for a roommate.
Largely keep to myself when at home but happy to socialize. I have a great room in a 2bed/2bath available after a prior roommate had to move out.

The apartment is a large 2 bed/2 bath on 23rd and 1st in a modern doorman building. The building offers a shared roof deck, patio/amenity room, and gym.
It's a corner unit with sizable windows throughout, featuring views of the east river and empire state building. The bedroom and bathroom pairs are on separate ends of the apartment providing a lot of privacy. The kitchen and bathrooms are all well appointed, and there's an in unit washer dryer.
The available bedroom is sizable and has fit a queen bed + desk + dresser in the past, has a sizable closet, and offers arguably the best view/lighting in the apartment.
The current lease runs to May, but the landlord has been incredibly reasonable about rent increases over the last 2 renewal cycles and assuming that's the case I would like to renew as its a bit of a relative steal
