We are looking for a female to sublease one room in our three-bedroom / three bathroom house in Ballard, near all of the breweries. Housemates will be two females in their twenties who enjoy hiking and being active outside.

House: Spacious three-story house with balcony and front patio. First floor: one bedroom and bathroom, and an entrance to the garage. Second floor: open living room and dining room area with large kitchen. Third floor: Two large bedrooms, and laundry "closet" with a washer and dryer.

Bedroom details: Large third-floor bedroom with private bathroom and large walk-in closet.
Rent: 1500/month

We rent through our landlords and individuals will need to apply and sign lease with property manager.

Flexible move in date for Nov/Dec (available right now). Lease would be through end of June.

Free street parking is available within a block of the house at any time. The house also has a garage for storage and a single parking spot which is always available.

All tenants would split w/s/g, electricity, gas heat and internet.
