I'm generally a quiet and introverted homebody but enjoy having some company, sharing the occasional meal, and playing Rummy 500, cribbage or Scrabble now and again. I work from home, love my dogs to no end, and am slowly working on developing my front yard and flowerbeds. My typical schedule is late to bed and late to get up, a M-F work week in my home office, evening t.v. shows and a 15-30 minute walk once or twice a day with my dogs. Weekends are for sleeping in, errands, NFL football and puttering in the garden.

50+ female w/2 dogs, seeking eco-conscious, responsible, drama-free female(s) to share clean, well-maintained and peaceful 4 BR home with homeowner. Located in a generally quiet neighborhood just one mile to waterfront and downtown. ADT security system with exterior cameras & Ring device.

2nd floor of house is all yours: 2 spacious rooms with plenty of natural light from skylights and a private 3/4 bath. The rooms are about 13x10 and 12x11 with the bathroom and a 6x4 hall area and large storage/linen closet between them. One room is set up as a bedroom with full size bed (opt. linens provided), nightstands, lamps, dresser and chair; the other room is set up as a living area with desk, chair, glider rocker & ottoman, accent table and lamp. Hamper, waste bins, hangers, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided.
Shared laundry, well-appointed kitchen with your own shelves in cabinets and fridge/freezer. There is a picnic table, umbrella (seasonally) and bbq grill on the deck. Beautiful mountain view, peekaboo view of Strait and Vancouver Island.
MUST be clean and tidy, especially in the kitchen, and you must keep the 2nd floor clean. Prefer someone willing to help with a very small amount of garden work.
NO SMOKERS. Zero tolerance policy for illicit drugs or excessive alcohol use. 420 ok outside only.
1 person: $750/month + 1/2 utilities (utility history available), wifi included. M2M (3-month minimum) or 6-month lease.
I would consider renting to two women on a joint lease: $450/month EACH + 1/3 utilities each.
$500 refundable security/cleaning deposit per person.
DISH TV service can be added in your room(s) for additional $.
Move-in costs: Security Deposit, 1st/last month's rent + pro-rated amount if move-in is prior to the 1st.
