I am 23 female and a project manager with a hybrid work schedule, and my roommate is 23 gay male, and a recent grad. We are looking for someone who is also clean, courteous, LGBT friendly, and 420 friendly. We would also prefer someone who is also a recent grad/young professional

The room is approximately 8x10.5 feet and has a closet and its own ensuite with a full bath. The apartment has new appliances (including a dishwasher), central air, a skylight, and tall cellings. The building has a rooftop, gym, and laundry on site. Right off the Halsey St(L), Seneca Av (M) lines on the Ridgewood/Bushwick border. We are looking for someone to pay $1,225 a month, not including utilities and their portion of the security deposit.
