My name is Samuel Bustamante. I’m a professional chef currently working at Atelier Crenn on Fillmore Street.

I’m looking for a private room in a shared apartment with immediate move-in this Monday. I’m totally fine sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas
I just need my own room. I’m looking for a long-term stay (ideally one year), but I’m flexible if it starts as a sublet.

I’m clean, respectful, and very work-focused. I spend most of my time at the restaurant, so I value a calm and organized home. I don’t smoke or party, and I get along well with different living styles. I can provide work verification and references if needed.
