Hector S V - $1,600/month

Hello! My name is Hector and I’m moving to San Francisco this summer with my 2 cats. I’m 29 and work as a data scientist in tech. I love being outside and staying active (biking, running, tennis). I’m also really into cooking, food, wine, and going out in general so I’m usually out exploring new spots.

I’m extremely clean - honestly probably borderline OCD. You can expect me to leave the kitchen way cleaner than I found it, and I vacuum pretty much daily because of the cats. In general I'm really looking for a respectful, friendly, and low-drama living situation with someone in a similar stage of life who just wants a calm, comfortable home while keeping rent reasonable in a very expensive city.

Ideally, I’m hoping to find 1–2 roommates to split a 2–3 bedroom / 1+ bath.

- Has lived with cats before, or is comfortable living with two. I'm happy to work with you on this and respect any boundaries as I know pets aren't for everyone and I am happy to keep all cat-related things in my room.
