Large, Sunny, Furnished bedroom Apt Share, by Prospet Park! May 1st! $1200 includes all Utilities!
I am subletting my large (210 sq ft) private bedroom. 2 large windows, AC, Oak desk/chair, dresser, Queen sleigh bed. Includes all bedding and towels. Great location 1 min walk from Prospect Park and the B/Q/S trains!
The RENT is $1200 a month -- including all utilizes and wifi.
Apt is nicely furnished and tidy. 5th floor of Elevator building, laundry across street as well as many cafes, restaurants and some upscale food / fruit markets.
We do have 2 cats so -- no more pets please!
We are seeking a F/M who is considerate, clean / tidy, and generally a good room-mate! We have had many folks over the years stay here and all have been great!
