I'm a 40 year old, single female, and I'm looking for a room/roommates. LGBTQ friendly. I love cats, though I don't have any of my own at the moment. (I'm thinking of getting a pair in the near future.)

I'm a writer and an actor. I rarely drink, and I don't smoke. I keep a fairly regular schedule, getting up early and not staying out late. I occasionally work night shoots, and sometimes have early morning call times.

When I'm not acting, I'm usually writing, and I'm pretty quiet when I'm home. I'm an introvert, and I don't talk much, but I enjoy being around people. I like the occasional movie night and shared dinner. I like music, but not super-loud with pumped up bass. I work out every day.

Interests: Reading, anime, sci-fi, theatre, film, role-playing games, video games, Asian TV/Film, comics/manga

Things I'm looking for in an apartment: AC (preferably central Air), Laundry in the Unit or building, Cat Friendly, Natural light, enough floor space to roll out a yoga mat for a fitness routine, available room has enough space for a bed AND home office.

Things I'm looking for in roommates: Clean (cleans up after cooking, shares bathroom duty, etc...), minimal clutter of shared spaces, relatively relaxed and low key (a fellow introvert would be great), not nocturnal.

Bonus Points: Extra closet/tiny room or enough unused space to set up a soundproof recording area for voice acting (I realize this is a stretch.)
