I have a 11.5 x 7.7 private room available in a three-bedroom, 1350sq ft (spacious) apartment, on the top floor, with little to no noise. There is a dining table in the foyer that seats 10, a marble bathroom with an awesome shower/bath tub, a kitchen with plenty of counter space and cookware for your use, and lots of sunshine, in a pre-war building.
Your room has a full size bed, pillows, air conditioner, radiator, desk/chair (optional), a closet, and a mid-century (non-hanging) armoire. You will have full access to the whole apartment including high speed internet, a flat screen TV with a Bose speaker system, and cable. (Apple TV/Netflix/Hulu). Utilities included!!
It is a doorman building with cameras and security throughout, as well as, a Ring doorbell.
You must be a health conscious/fit, gay-friendly male who likes living in a clean place and picks up after himself. No drunks (drinking is fine), no smokers, no wild parties (guests/dinners are fine), and sleepovers are cool. Most
importantly………no financial issues!! You have access to the 1,A,B,C, and D lines. We are about 20 mins from Times Square. One stop from City College, three stops from Columbia, and two
stops from Columbia Presbyterian Hosp. I am a business professional/artist, who works 9-5, and is often away on weekend evenings. It is my apartment, and I have lived here for 28yrs, since graduating from college. My housemate of almost eight years is an exceptionally intelligent college grad.
Also included are filtered water, bathroom towels, bathroom tissue, paper towels, and general house maintenance. (You'll never have to sweep, mop, dust or throw out the garbage!!!)
The room will be available for Oct 15th move in. This is ideal for a very busy professional, someone from the medical community or a student. No remote workers please. I prefer 18-35 and someone with very few things. No furniture, dishes or towels necessary. All you will need are your clothes and personables. The neighborhood has great bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and a youthful, active energy. Please tell me a bit about yourself in your response.
