I'm easy to get along with. Work at the office on a regular schedule, and spend most evenings either out with friends (movies, trivia night), or in my room watching TV or gaming. I'm an introvert, and home is my place to relax, so I usually like it quiet. Most of the content I consume is with AirPods in.

Might have 3-4 friends over once or twice a month for a board game night or watch a movie in the living room, but otherwise don't usually host. Not currently dating anyone. Not really looking for friendship from a roommate, but not opposed to hanging out if we have similar interests.

My sleep hours are usually around 11pm-8am, so would want the apartment to be quiet during that time.

I rarely use the kitchen, because I eat take out most the time.

Ideally I'd love to find someone who wants to stick around long term, but it's at least for 6 months, since the current lease goes until July.

Private Master and Bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment

Looking for a roommate in Carmel Mountain Ranch area. The apartment complex is Carmel Landing Apartments. Great access to the 15 and 56 freeways. Super close to Chick Fil A, In N Out, Angelika Cinemas, and lots of shopping. The apartment comes with in-unit laundry, dishwasher, central AC and heating, smart locks, smart thermostat. The living area is furnished, but your bedroom would not be. The apartment complex has a fitness center, pool, hot tub, good parking.

I'm a fairly quiet, laid back person, with a full-time job as a marketing director. I like to keep the apartment clean. I enjoy board games, movies, reading, podcasts, trivia, and going to the gym.

My roommate is moving out, so his room is opening up. Looking for someone to join the apartment who is respectful, reliable, not into loud gatherings. No drugs or smoking.
