My roommate and I are 2 professional women looking for a new female roommate to live in our gorgeous townhouse of 1908 sqft, only 5 min by foot from the UTC Mall and UTC Transit Center (buses 30, 41, 101, 201, 202 & trolley to UCSD)! Only 5 min by car to UCSD and grocery stores (Vons, Whole Food, Trader Joe, Sprouts…).

You will get a bright, 120 sqft bedroom with wood-like flooring + 1 garage parking spot. The room is unfurnished, but all the furniture pictured in the bedroom is available for sale if interested. The bathroom will be shared with one roommate.

The common spaces are furnished (but we may accommodate additional furniture). Common spaces include a living room with a fireplace, a family room, a dining room, a spacious kitchen, and a half bathroom. Central air conditioning and heating for hot summers and cool winters. Washer and dryer in the garage.

Exterior features include a patio, a balcony, community pool, bbq, and hot tub. Our townhouse is an end unit, so it is very quiet and has beautiful views.

About us: We are both scientists, quiet, clean and easygoing. We enjoy watching tv, drawing, cooking, trying new restaurants, gardening and spending time outdoors. We’re friendly but also enjoy spending time by ourselves. We also have a very cute hamster named Milo!

We have been living in the area for more than 6 years. Everything you need in your daily life is at hand. We also love the proximity of the Westfield UTC Mall with its stores, restaurants, movie theater, and gym. It's a great and peaceful area, a short drive from the beach and downtown.

Electricity + internet: ~$70/month

Available on January 1, 2027 (option to move in a week early). Yearly lease (8 months or more preferred).
