The available bedroom has natural light; comfortably fits a desk, bed, multiple bookshelves and has a pretty sweet sliding door closet (room is unfurnished like in last photos). Rent is $1250/month + utilities (around $70/month). Security deposit is $2200. Available NOW! I would like to fill before April 1. We would sign a one year lease.

We've got a sizeable kitchen with fancy new appliances and a large living room with attached balcony. The building is quiet and has parking and washer/dryer in garage. I've lived here for seven years and I love this apartment; it's a great size and has many amenities, and the landlords aren't assholes! Hooray!

Located in Noe Valley: minutes away from the 24, 35, and the J. We're easy walking distance to three grocery stores, all the stuff on 24th St., many restaurants and bars, and many parks. The Mission, Bernal Heights, Glen Park, the Castro are all walkable or a very short ride on transit.

Looking for: a clean but easygoing, down to earth, communicative, respectful human with a good sense of humor. You need to have good credit and a steady income (per landlord). You like a no stress living situation and a friendly relationship with your roommate. You don’t smoke cigs. No pets or couples, sorry. LGBTQ+ folx welcome!
