I’m going to be a Tax Accountant working in Midtown starting the 2nd week of November. I’m looking to move in at the end of October 1st week of November.

I’m laid back, pet friendly, gay, and clean up after myself. I enjoy cooking for people and like to get to know the people I’m living with. I also play sitar and make physical fitness a priority in my life.

I’m looking for a place with an easy commute to Midtown East, I’d prefer to live in Hell’s Kitchen or Manhattan in general, but am open to anywhere that is less than an hour to Midtown East by subway. I’m looking to pay 1,500 or less on rent per month even if it is a smaller space but, I can go a bit higher.
