Skylar H - $1,600/month

Hi! My name is Skylar, I’m 23 and originally from Massachusetts where I am currently living while I plan to move back to New York. I hope to be within 30 min commute time to my current job in Flatiron where I will be 3 or so times a week. Some areas I have looked into aside from Manhattan are Hoboken, Jersey City, and the closer parts of Brooklyn and Astoria. I hope to stay at or under $1600 a month. I have two cats that are extremely sweet, friendly and I keep their litter box clean daily.

More about me: I currently work remotely as a healthcare data analyst for a NY community health system. I enjoy going to the gym at least 4 times a week and like to unwind 420 style before bed (I usually take edibles, never would smoke in apartment if roommates weren’t cool with it). I love going out in the city on the weekends and spending time with friends. I lived with my best friend from college before I moved from NY, so I am definitely used to and enjoy being close with my roommates!
