Looking for a Roommate til December 11th

I’m currently living in a 2 bedroom, two bath apartment in Van Nuys. Your room would be the master bedroom with a private bathroom, closet and tiny balcony.

Washer and dryer in unit, but the dryer door is broken so the door needs a piece of tape over it to keep it closed and running.

You’ll also have your own parking spot in a parking garage.

I am a freelance content creator, so I have a flexible schedule and I’m home a lot.

I’m not very social so I never have parties/groups of people over, but I do sometimes have a friend over.

I smoke cigarettes, but only outside on the balconies, never inside. I smoke cannabis occasionally inside, and I don’t mind if you smoke cannabis inside too.

I really hate food messes, so I like to keep the kitchen really clean.

I have a tv + PS4 in the living room and I have Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Video that I wouldn’t mind you using, as long as you make your own profile on my Netflix.

I’m hoping to find a nice roommate who doesn’t mind such a short lease.
